UMCEC 2021

University of Malaya Civil Engineering Competition (UMCEC) 2021: Geo-Challenge is a virtual competition which emphasizes on the knowledge of geotechnical engineering applications. This year, participants are tasked to analyze the geotechnical aspects of slopes. This analysis entails the knowledge of geotechnical engineering which includes the study of soil type, ground water analysis and numerous other factors. Ensuing the analysis, students are required to outline the solution and improvements to the given case.  The pinnacle of this competition will involve teams presenting their ideas to judges and other students. This, successively, intends to allow participants to learn new and different concepts within the geotechnical field.
